Affective.
Have a nusiance mild sore mouth for a few weeks. These lozenges defo give a few hours relief.

This stuff is better than anything else I've tried. If you follow the instructions carefully you will be surprised at how powerful it is. The only thing I did slightly different to the blurb was to double the strength when diluting it, it was adequate for the main deep fat frying stainless pan but the frying basket was heavily coated with hard old fat. Keep the fryer boiling for just over half an hour with the basket immersed and bob's your uncle. All the basket needed was a light brushing with a hard nylon brush and it was sparkling. My deep fryer is a large oven top, and this will last for ages.
