Great O2 sensor for sleep apnea

This is a great tool for people with sleep apnea. It helps me actually SEE how well (or bad) I sleep. It was very educational to see how sleeping position makes a HUGE difference in apnea events. I was also able to discover just how badly alcohol, caffeine, late night eating, and stress affect my sleep. The sensor that it comes with is garbage. It is uncomfortable and inaccurate. Throw it out and buy the "Disposable probe Oximeter Sensor for CONTEC CMS50F " IT IS REUSABLE and easy to apply with a little strip of medical tape.

Great camera system. Very easy to set up.

This is a great entry level camera system. Completely plug and play. If you can plug stuff in, push a few buttons, and are capable of using an app on your phone... you are good to go! I bought this system to replace my old VMB3000 base station and it's original, ancient Arlo cameras. Happily, the new system is backwards compatible with the old cameras. Of course, the older cameras are still just 720p resolution, while the new ones are 1080p HD resolution. On your phone you won't notice the difference. I do like that the newer cameras have a rechargeable battery pack. The older cameras use four cr123 and that got expensive in the long run.
