Really poor
So this was not supposed to be brand new, possibly a customer return demo, maybe the odd cosmetic issue - but REALLY! -initial start up worked, but the controller s R2 button is loose and does not spring back, usb connection to the control is also loose, missing blue ray dvd, ps4 had a coffee ring stain on the top of the actual console when it arrived, put disc in to try and play the game before I noticed the issues with the controller and it made a horrendous whirring noise before clunking, I ejected the disc, the drive now wouldn t reaccept the disc. turned off the console and it loudly clunked, started it again and it made a horrendous loud whirring noise as it started up. still not accepting discs. I was very careful with it and didn t certainly did not expect a tested product to be in such poor condition with obviously little care shown as it still had a coffee stain on it! Really very disappointed. Wont be using Argos again.
