The laptop arrived next day all well packed like you would get it from Apple, new condition. As described. I wasn’t sure because pictures were generic not the actual box or item but the same photos Apple uses in the website. Fear not, this is a top eBay seller. They also offer one year warranty on my item. Communication was excellent as well. I would definitely come back if I need a new laptop in the future. 10 out of 10.
