Avoid toxic food - now you have a choice
Testing in more than one area on an item can have different readings .
Also thoroughly clean probe every testing.
I was surprised that the mushrooms (not organic) from a large membership store were so high in nitrates the reading said to avoid eating.
I tested mushrooms (not organic) from TJ's and they were in the green range trace amounts of nitrates.
There is one improvement/addition : There is no test setting for avocado , olives or cheese ...
I will continue to use my Greentest to make informed decisions about the foods I feed to my family .
