  The information given on screen stated 3 pairs. One pair arrived. Contacted seller, and was told it was a mistake and should have said one pair. I was offered another 2 pairs at a VERY slightly reduced price or could return for a refund. I asked for a prepaid returns label (I was insulted at the casual way I was treated.) The prepaid envelope arrived and the item was returned. The refund took a long time to arrive, only after chasing a few times. Not happy with this service at all.

  Interesting response, we must be doing something right to please the other 7000 or so ebayers who have dealt with us. You can't please somepeaple whatever you do. Fortunately on ebay both sellers and buyers can excercise who they deal with, this buyer is now firmly on the ''don't serve''.
