Wide Gear Range and Well Constructed
The large 32 cog helps almost any road climb, while the 11 cog helps chase the ride group downhill. The aluminum spiders reduce weight considerably, as compared to entry-level components. The design and machining of the teeth and ramps allow super smooth shifting.

Microshift 10 Spd Cassette - Poor Manufacturing Tolerances
While the shift ramps, stamping, and plating were fine, the width of the cassette did not allow engagement of the lock ring. It did not fit on three different freehubs. I ended up using a spare Shimano 11t cog and lock ring.
