BLACK SABBATH - BLACK SABBATH (180g LP Vinyl) sealed

Black Sabbath - self titled on Rhino vinyl.
Original pressings of Sabbaths albums are fetching silly money now so a quality new release is very welcome. On first play it was disappointingly noisy, the first time I've had this problem with a Rhino pressing. Wet cleaning with a proper brush ( Mofi) did the job, it now sounds excellent. I don't have an original pressing to compare it with but it sure sounds better than my CD copy, dynamic with good sense of space and atmosphere. The sleeve is not a gatefold but if you buy your vinyl to listen to rather than to look at this is great.

Great collection with some nice extras.
It's great to have these stories again, some I still have on video tape but no longer have a player. My personal gripe regards Bluray generally ( so not specifically aimed at this title) , old TV shows and movies were never intended to be viewed at DVD or Blu ray resolution so make-up, painted back-drops and model work etc actually look worse than they should.
