Exceptionally well packaged to both withstand the rigours of postage but also ensuring the welfare of the snails. Came in a taped petri dish that is easy to float in the tank to acclimatise them. Very fast and tracked postage. All snails a decent size and not aware of any dead ones (I have used other suppliers where the product had to go straight in the bin). Good communication via ebay but also clear written instructions within the packaging. Highly recommended.

A lot for the money
Arrived promptly a lot of powder for the price
Made up as recommended in litre of water. Took some mixing lol. As very thick powder with all nutrition needed for healthy plants noticed difference after two days wow. Will be ordering more possible the 3 bags for £13 ish bargain . Regards tonyp34
