Weak handle
As with the nature of rubber bristles and the action of trying to get pet hair out of a carpet you have to apply quite a bit of pressures to get results and well the handle is thin tubed metal that if extended to fit the average height person with comfort bends immediately

Control
The controller works great although I am quite sure the temps sensor is 100% accurate you can dial it in with your temp/humidity sensors easy enough.
It dose the job and it’s reliable
