  Unfortunately the package was lost/damaged in transit and therefore never received. However the sellers were prompt in reacting, great in communication and speedily refunded the amount.   My parcel never arrived I contacted the seller and straight away they contacted the delivery firm to find out where it was unfortunately it had been lost in the post the seller couldn’t apologise enough fantastic customer service and refunded my payment back to me as they were unable to send me more hair dye as didn’t have any left but I will defanatly buy from this seller again

  Beautiful little ring box in a keepsake bag very well packed, I had one before sadly this one replaces the one I had that was stolen with my engagement ring inside earlier this year.
