BETTER THAN THE AVERAGE VAC
I DID NOT GIVE IT 5 STARS, BECAUSE THE PLASTIC PARTS ARE FLIMSY, AND NOT AS STURDY AS EXPECTED. ON THE PLUS SIDE, IT IS A POWERFUL VAC WITH GREAT SUCTION. AFTER HAVING GONE THROUGH, 2, STANDARD, "HOUSEHOLD" VACS, THIS IS FAR SUPERIOR TO THEM. IT WILL HOLD UP BETTER THAN A STANDARD, DRY ONLY, "FOR HOME USE" VAC. IT ALSO HAS THE ADDED BONUS OF CLEANING UP SPILLS, OR EMPTYING CLOGGED SINKS,ETC. IT HAS A LARGE CAPACITY CONTAINER, TO HOLD DIRT OR WATER, AND IT IS EASY TO EMPTY. THE CONTAINER IS NOT AS HEAVY AS IT LOOKS. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO USE BAGS IN THIS VAC, WHICH IS ALSO A SAVINGS. IT IS NOT THE STRONGEST VAC OF ITS KIND, IN TERMS OF THE CHEAP PLASTIC PARTS, BUT FOR THE PRICE, IT IS MORE THAN ADEQUATE FOR HOME/GARAGE CLEAN-UP.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
Where to begin...Firstly, and most importantly, the water only trickles out of the cheap, plastic faucet.
This results in it taking a really long time to fill my water bottle, or kettle. I read other reviews, where this was an issue, so I purchased a steel faucet, in the hope that this improves the very poor water flow. In the meantime, I continue to use my zerowatcher jug. Secondly, the stand that the glass is supposed to sit on, looks like a dog bowl. It is not secure at all. This scared me, as I had visions of it being knocked off, and crashing on the floor. I decided it was best, and more stable, to put the glass directly on the counter. Thirdly, to reach the water that sits below the faucet, you have to tip the glass container forwards. There is a good litre of water under the faucet. I ended up having to lift the entire glass pitcher to empty the remaining water into my kettle, so I could clean the container, and replace the plastic faucet, with the steel one. It is just a design disaster. Just so bad, and dangerous. It is a law suit waiting to happen. Even the lid is made of cheap material. It doesn't even fit securely. I am so disappointed in this pitcher. I ordered it all the way from the UK, because I was having to fill my 11 cup jug, multiple times per day. I strongly suggest, that anyone with children, avoid this at all costs. I am so put off, that I do not even want to try out the steel faucet. What a waste of money, time and effort!!

GOOD, NOT GREAT
I BOUGHT THIS FOR MY ELDERLY MOTHER. THE IDEA WAS TO KEEP HER TEA HOT. SHE TELLS ME THAT THE LIQUID DOES NOT STAY HOT UNLESS SHE KEEPS PUTTING THE LID BACK ON BETWEEN SIPS. SHE CHOSE THIS BECAUSE IT LOOKS CLOSER TO A MUG THAN THE INSULATED TRAVEL BEAKERS.
