  This cloud box doesn't work upon delivery. I contact the this seller asking for technical help and what I got is minimum support and claims "I actually never set one up", "I am not the manufacture of this device". request a replacement and being told I have to send the defective one back to the seller with my own cost and seller will do the diagnose. Highly double a person will do a fair diagnose after he claimed his is not the manufacture and never setup the product his is selling before.

  Buyer bought the item. Could not make it work. Asked for a full refund without sending the item back. I state NO REFUNDS, however I make exceptions all the time. I only ask for the device to be sent back. No one from the other 30+ buyers of the same unit had an issue except 1, which was a lost in transit (USPS) I provided full refund of 2 units which the person bought. Therefore, review readers, do not take this buyer by his word, but he is correct. I am not the manufacture.
