The Life Aquatic (DVD)

I primarily bought this DVD because my family and I enjoy a good comedy and I hoped this would fill the bill. As it futured Bill Murray, whom I have found quite comedic in some of his earlier films, I thought this was assured. I was sadly disappointed. This is one of the biggest load, of excrutiating drivel, it has been my misfortune to see. My family and I, watched the film from the beginning, hoping it could only improve, to the end. It didn't. The Life Aquatic, in my and my families view, sunk without trace. I would advise anyone looking to watch this film, masochists accepted, not to bother. Save your money and your sanity.

As good as you might expect.

The discs were bought as a present. The person for whom they were bought is extremely pleased with the c.d., apparently playing it almost non stop. The DVD has currently, not yet been viewed.

Mediocre offering

As someone who enjoys a good science fiction film, I was in the main,dissapointed with this offering. As you come to expect nowadays the graphics were good, but I found the films plot, difficult to follow, due to a mixture of sometimes garbled mutterings from the actors and dimly lit sets. In general I found it to be hard going, which, perhaps would have made a better title for the film.
