    I contacted seller when product hadn’t shipped in a week. No response. I put in for a refund with ebay and minutes later heard back from the seller. They are based in UK and due to a “technical issue” they can’t ship to the US. No mention of this in their product listing. They should not have taken my order if this was the case. Avoid this seller.

    Order didn't arrive. It was never even shipped. Contacted seller several times. Horrible unresponsive, unapologetic customer service. I will be trying to get my money back. Do not buy from this seller!

    I did not receive this product so unable to give 5 stars for the item's description. However, the seller provided a prompt refund of 5 stars for communications. They did offer to send a replacement but I had already ordered the product again and was seeking a refund for the product not received instead of a replacement. With hindsight, I should have sorted out the order that I had not received before placing another order- Things got confusing my mistake more credit to Areton-Ltd & a Sorry.

    Seems to have a technical issue with the order seller never responded to my questions until I told him something as leaving me on read isn't good especially for a issue then he doesn't really say the problem says we are unable to ship your order I'm not complaining or anything but I never had it explained why they couldn't ship my order the seller never told me this only until I messaged im not sure if I'm the only one here experiencing shipping issues I really wanted that soap..UK can't ship?
