Good quality materials but smallish size
This knife has the good high-carbon steel that holds an edge better than stainless. It appears to have the classic Ontario Knife quality, made in USA. The 8-inch blade length seems to be the only size that OKC makes in this style (?) ... this limits it's utility.
There's scant knuckle room for medium-sized hands, during the chopping maneuvers one expects to be able to do with this style knife; another 1/4" of handle height above the cutting surface would be an improvement. People with smaller hands will likely be more satisfied with this knife.

rounded gauge teeth don't fit machine thread profile well.
The gauge "teeth" are rounded, not full-depth for standard thread profile. This makes it harder to see a match with a fastener, than if the teeth were pointed, to sit all the way into the thread being measured . My old gauge is better for this reason.
