Great activity tracker with message notifications.
This watch met my needs, I wanted a device that would track my health activities and monitor my heart rate but not need to be recharged every couple of days. The battery life is excellent, will go for 3 weeks with normal use, this does reduce during activities when the heart rate monitor is running constantly. The watch works in tandem with your mobile through Withings Health Mate app, very easy to set up, basic message notifications, looks more like a watch than a life invader.
