  Do not use this store! Received item, which had no fixings and a mark on one of the seat parts. Contacted and offered £10 good will gesture. I declined and they asked for images, which I have sent three times now. I have told them I want a new RH seat part sent out within the next three days. I'm yet to hear. The marks are not due to indentations whilst being in the boxes. They are in the material.

  We’re genuinely sorry you were unhappy with your order. Although the issue was reported 10 days after eBay’s 30-day return window, we still tried to assist by offering a goodwill partial refund which remained open for discussion. Unfortunately, we never received the images, despite asking a few time. We always aim to resolve matters fairly and go beyond policy where possible, and we regret that this couldn't be resolved to your satisfaction.
