False claims & Dangerous
18650 cells cannot hold 5800mAh, it's a ridiculous claim and nowhere close to the truth. They also claim to be protected, which is untrue - they do have standard pressure valves that cut out if the battery gets too hot but they do not contain a protection IC.
These cells do not have anywhere near the claimed output.
I believe that these are re-wraps of old used batteries.

Does what is says on the tin
It's a clutch. It works. It doesn't have asbestos in it. It doesn't come with an alignment tool.
