  Cards were reasonably well packaged but wrapped in polythene with no anti-static packaging. The first card I tried literally exploded (fizzle, bang, gout of flame, lots of smoke) and took out my PSU. But, in fairness, the buyer did sell the cards as untested and "for parts/not working" so there's not a lot I can do about it.

  Another card had clear signs of catastrophic damage once stripped down and examined (eg. exploded cap, burnt PCB). Another was faulty. Other had a gouge across the PCIe connector. This was a very bad purchase.
