Excellent - the best All-Bran ever

When I ordered this, I hadn't eaten All-Bran in years. I decided I'd try it again, as I need more fiber now that I am elderly. I was surprised at just how delicious the "Buds" are -- even without any extra sugar, and the packaging is top-notch. I highly recommend this cereal.

Excellent Melatonin

I tend to be an old anxiety nut who has trouble not only getting to sleep, but staying asleep long enough as well. This melatonin , being a time-release version, really does help me. And the tablets are quite small, so they don't contain more "filler" junk than is necessary. I heartily recommend Natrol's 3 mg. Time Release Melatonin.
