Genuine Toto is the best choice
The part I received was genuine Toto. Top quality at a very fair price. Works better, feels better and looks better than the generic replacement trip levers. Why own one of the world's best toilets and not adorn if with the best hardware you can get for it? I think I will squirt a bit of white grease in the mechanism from time to time to minimize wear and extend the life of the part.

I replaced curved Delta Valdosta towel rods with these
Nice way to make bars longer or replace a bent, broken or discolored rod, providing they are replacing 5/8" rods. Worked well with Delta satin nickel. Not a perfect match, but pretty sure no one will ever notice.

Top Notch!
Appear to be true OEM cords. Should last the remaining life of my saw. I'll use the spare on another heavy duty tool.
