"Easy to set up"
Unlike other exercise bikes this Trainer allows you to use your own bike. The bike is easy to attach and increase or decrease the resistance using both the lever which comes with the
Trainer, and the gears on the bike. The whole cycling exercise feels just like riding on the road with out any bumps in the road surface. I can transfer my training program I use on the road directly to using the Trainer. I am really pleased I found this product. Thank you.
