Never regret buying it
This is the second one I bought for my another motorbike, the last one has been use for more than 3 years now and I never once have a problem with it. You might have to supply a layer of foam sheet to make the U-bolt attach to the handlebar more firmly if the bar is too small in diameter like in case of my Kawasaki KSR. Once you finish with the installation then you won't have to do anything with it.
You can apply to many usages, i.e. Phone, action cam, gps unit with the change of holding unit on another end, very convenient.
