A personal opinion
+ I got a lot notification about the item shipping status
+ I got the item in time (estimated period first day)
- I didn't observed the following in the item description: "When sold by , this product is manufactured on demand using DVD-R recordable media. 's standard return policy will apply." So the DVD itself isn't the general gray original DVD, its' a DVD-R.
