Just the right drill for those awkward to reach places
Drill bit used to make holes when the actual drill was to wide to fit into the recess.

Flip top not a flop
Easy to install provided you make sure you have the correct tools and Sealents for the job.
Make sure the top is lined up correctly with the basin drain hole and use a Sealent instead of the washers supplied also purchase a basin washer kit I think it's called a vanity washer
Kit, bought from B&Q.
Look on You tube on how to install this item if you are not sure plenty of information there.
