Vendor was quite helpful when I asked to return. The package hadn't been opened and I was hoping for a refund, and accepted I would have to pay postage. Rather disappointed to be offered less than 50% of the purchase price when the item could immediatelly be offered for sale again with no hassle. Still no word whether he wants the item returned. Would be a shame to put it in the dustbin!

I ordered a pink and a grey nightie . The seller sent 2 grey nighties so I contacted them to advise . He offered a partial refund of £1.99 but I said I wanted the pink nightie and was happy to return the grey one , seller then offered a partial refund of £0.99p . Very confused I advised seller again I did not want a partial refund just what I had ordered a pink nightie , he has ignored me since , I have now had to open a case . AVIOD SELLER
