  Postcard was not in a safe, hard backed envelope but postage was free. Inside an A4 insert to protect it was good but then in 2 envelopes with parcel tape all around. Could still have been easily bent and impossible to open safely card was expensive. Not a positive response to my message. I feel disappointed as I was also trying to improve seller’s methods.
