Inexpensive, lightweight, works fine
Needed inexpensive lightweight stereo headphones to monitor audio for DV camera. This unit does the job.

Excellent value, good as a new one
This the second Bidet Swash 1000 we have purchased and installed. The first was for an elongated toilet, this one was for a round toilet. They both work flawlessly. The only problem I had with this one was connecting the water supply line to the three-way splitter. We finally had to modify the supply line by trimming off about 1/8 in. of the plastic nut that connects to the splitter in order for the tapered washer to seat properly.
Even though this was a factory refurbished item, it seems as good as the new one I bought before.

Replacement of previous handset
We were just replacing another handset that wasn't working properly. Aftrr following the setup protocol, it integrated into the system seamlessly.
