    Great Book for my Husband!
    I bought this as a gift for my husband and he cannot put it down. Its a great read about pushing your body to the extreme and the resulting mental and spiritual satisfaction received from such an experience. I hope it inspires him to do his own workouts!

    Trying to figure myself out.
    A tedious read. Having said that, the content is fabulous. There are writings to do so that you can get to the deeper parts of why you are not living your dreams that are amazing. I would love to meet the authors.
