This is life-changing for anyone with non-weight bearing lower leg injury. Having my hands free allows me to do things around the house such as cleaning, preparing meals, get the mail etc with much less hassle than crutches. It does take a little longer (~30s) to put them on than just grabbing the crutches which is why I still use the crutches for quick runs where I don't have to carry things.
