Independence in case of tyre/wheel damage.
The move by car manufacturers to lighten vehicles to enhance greenhouse gas emission figures and reduce NOx pollution means that motorists are frequently left at the roadside waiting for assistance due to the omission of a spare wheel in cases where tyres have suffered extensive damage. Maybe this is no hardship on major roads, but try living in the countryside depending on only an aerosol can!
Owning a Mazda CX5 so far has been a pleasure, but to add security underway this spare wheel kit, which is fully equipped for the roadside wheel change together with expanded polystyrene replacement for the existing insert, fulfils all needs.
Expensive, but supplied this way it came cheaper than ordering through the dealership channels.
