Received wrong items. Ordered chairs over £200 and got silly office chairs. Contacted seller to send correct chairs. Took a long time as only communicated in morning due to time difference. They wanted me to keep office chairs. I kept saying I just wanted the chairs I ordered. This took two weeks to resolve and I had to wait on courier collecting office chairs before they would send the correct chairs to me. So after a month I finally received the correct item. Excellent seller!! My parcel got damaged in transit so was sent back to seller before i had even received it. The seller had messaged me to let me know and gave me the choice of another or a refund, unfortunately it wasn't in time for Christmas so couldn't reorder.
