  Product was not the one in the photo it was a knockoff that had no strength and was extremely flimsy. The condition of the grabbers were unsatisfactory. The value of the product was extremely low. Customer service was very poor nothing was offered to resolve this issue and put all the blame on the suppliers. This is a shop who does not check the products before selling! Please avoid this seller at all costs. All these products are knock offs from china dropshipped to the uk! And are untested
