Makes a distorted noise (crackling sound) ...😔
0 of 1 found this helpful Had to wait to install the sub because i also ordered a 7" touchscreen stereo and a 2000 Watt amp and sub wiring kit.. when i received the sub first i was Very excited nd couldn't wait to install it, it's been a very very long time since I've had a sound system in one of my vehicles..so just recently i received everything i needed to install into my pickup and finally this past Sunday ( 5/6/2018) i got it done . So when started to turn up my volume i heard that sound that made my smile turn upside down. I have a Kicker KX400.1 amp pushing it ND i started all three gain levels at zero nd slowly turned them up & still making sounds like if it were blown.. The stereo sounds awesome but now I'm don't know what to do??? The price was right but quality is no good.. sorry
