Only use for low value stuff, in which case they are adequate.
1 of 1 found this helpful I'm writing this as a locksports person, someone who picks locks legally. From that point of view these small Master locks are some of the best starter training locks available. They can make even a relative beginner look professional.
For everyone else, don't lock up anything valuable with one.

The outside is good, the inside is not.
A nice looking lock, with a nice strong outer and shackle. But look at the key and you find just 4 pins, none of them security pins. Which is really a shame. Masterlock give this an 8 out of 10 security rating, it's more like 3. Don't believe me, go and look at Youtube for videos.
If you are looking for a low security lock then these are great. If you are protecting something valuable, go and get something else. Remember, locksports enthusiasts use these for practice.
