Its worth a try
I have bought the Epsom Salts in order to make a weak solution to treat aches and pains in my hands and wrists. I have not used them long enough to know if the treatment will work. But as I am trying it on medical advice and the 1Kg bag was very reasonably priced, I will persevere for the next couple of weeks.
The salts can be added to either bathwater, or in a smaller bowl. Just dissolve them in warm water and soak for 20 minutes.
