Great value
An Easy to read and understand book. A great step by step guide in teaching women how to protect themselves against attack from hostile people and how to avoid violent confrontation. With the step by step guides in this book on how to defend yourself I have found this book to be really easy to understand and absorb. I feel confident after learning and then practising the techniques from this book I now feel a lot more confident that I would be able to defend myself. I definitely recommend this book if you want to take up Self Defence.

This Really Works!
5 of 6 found this helpful I’m a 42 yr old mother who breastfed her children so as you can imagine I needed a bit of a lift in the bust area and as I got older I hated seeing all those little life lines every time I looked in the mirror. I’ve used every lotion and potion out there but never got the fast or permanent results I wanted until I used Pueraria Mirifica. I’ve been using it for a year now and I can honestly say This Works! My boobs are firm and full again, my hair is glossy and thick and as for those pesky life lines on my face they are less visible. When it’s my time of the month I dont feel so stressed or dare I say it ( so hormonal ) lol. This Pueraria Mirifica really has worked for me. I can’t say enough positives about it! If you give it a go I hope it does for you what it’s done for me. It’s natural and amazing! 👍🏻🙂
