  The phone was described as great condition but arrived with a cracked camera lens, a cracked back glass and less memory than advertised. I don't mind the hassle but Seller refused to accept return despite the clear defects. Had me waited for weeks to sort out with eBay - so unnecessary!

  The phone’s condition, including all defects, was shown clearly in the photos, and the price reflected that. The memory was also accurately described in the listing. I understand your frustration, but as stated in the listing, returns weren’t accepted. I believe the listing was clear and fair. The return was accepted. the ebayer is a time waster. paud £360 if there was no damage would have been around £450. They were the real timewaster.

  Won, paid, waited. Seller cancelled a few days later. Im glad i didnt buy the lifepo4 battery or 30a charge controller in the meanwhile! Dont bother buying from this seller if he decides afterwards not to send you the item.
