  The phone was described as great condition but arrived with a cracked camera lens, a cracked back glass and less memory than advertised. I don't mind the hassle but Seller refused to accept return despite the clear defects. Had me waited for weeks to sort out with eBay - so unnecessary!

  The phone’s condition, including all defects, was shown clearly in the photos, and the price reflected that. The memory was also accurately described in the listing. I understand your frustration, but as stated in the listing, returns weren’t accepted. I believe the listing was clear and fair. The return was accepted. the ebayer is a time waster. paud £360 if there was no damage would have been around £450. They were the real timewaster.

  The seller said it was a new backgammon but when I received it, it was clear that it wasn’t brand new and one counter was missing which they had replaced it with another one which looks odd. For the price they charged, I would expect it to be new and not used with ALL the counters in. The counters are different and I’m not sure where I can get another one like it. So in my opinion, the seller was very deceitful and not said there was a missing counter. Have decency and give some of my money back

Despite this, you were fully refunded after expressing your concerns. The item was accurately described and fairly priced considering its origin and value.   The seller was very communicative and made arranging collection easy which was very much appreciated. However I specifically asked him, before buying this sofa, if it had any marks, rips, stains via eBay messaging and he specifically said that it had no marks and was in excellent condition however when it was delivered I found there were several stains and marks - a few have lifted with stain remover but the bigger ones are set in and will not lift out.
