Poor packaging
The packing materials inside of the box were not adequate for the weight of the amplifier. In fact it was like someone threw a handful or two of well used packing peanut and scrunched up paper at the last minute before taping the box shut. No fragile stickers or handle with care stickers on the box. Both rear rack ears were bent significantly inwards which indicates that the amplifier did either get dropped or bumped hard. Also 2 of the 4 speakers binding posts got snapped off during transport are were laying loose in the bottom of the box. I just got the amplifier back from a repair shop. The cost to fix everything was just over $230. It all could have been avoided by taking a few extra moments to make sure that it was packed properly. Very disappointed.
