  I was very disappointed that the phone was so far removed from its listing description of, “Not a single mark on it – Immaculate cosmetic condition.” The Seller did apologise and offer either, a return with a full refund, or to keep it with a price reduction. Settled on a partial refund amicably. And I do think that the seller just made a mistake. Apart from that, communications were very good and the phone was delivered the next working day as promised. But I could have done without the hassle.
