Shipping was efficient and I also got refunded when the shipping cost was lower than I had paid for. He also followed up with me on tracking till it was delivered. Very response to follow-ups too.   Hi Karyn, I sent you a message on April 3rd (it's in my sent folder, but maybe Ebay didn't notify you) advising the camera was actually broken. It was first listed almost 2 years ago and in the mean time it just decided to die. I tried 3 sets of different batteries and it just wouldn't turn on. Hence the immediate refund and the message explaining everything. You're not the only person who seems to not be receiving messages. Please check and get back to me. Sorry again for the inconvenience
