Very good tools from a great old American tool brand.
This is a great old American tool brand, US made at the time these were produced, these were generally sold on a pegboard behind the parts counter of the kind of mom and pop parts stores that for the most part do not exist anymore, I have several others of this series that are still in great shape after decades of use.

I still had a little bit of the old outlawed Methylene Chloride version of this to compare this to, it works almost as well but seems to have more powerful noxious fumes to contend with and that is apparently better according to our govt, I rate this as pretty good stuff ;)

MAC tool boxes or in this case a pre 1979 MAC made by Matco have always been made from thick sheet metal and have superior fit and finish, these are professional auto mechanic tool boxes not big box store tool boxes, the one I just purchased used was made 48 years ago and other than fading paint still functions perfectly.
