The Weatherman (DVD)
I think Michael Caine is very good in it. It is not his normal type of character, but he plays the character, exceptionally well. Nicholas Cage is also Good.
The Storyline is poor, it struggles along, with just enough to keep you interested. This is not a great film, but entertaining enough. It is supposed to be funny, but I didn't laugh at all. It was slightly amusing once, or twice I think, but that is it.
The reviews, said it was funny, and good, that's why I got it. But I was dissappointed, as thought it was going to be better.

Miss Pettigrew Lives For A Day (DVD)
This film was described as a modern day Cinderella, but to describe it as that makes it a story with no depth. This it is not.
This is set in the 1930s, with a lot of effort, going into creating something which is authentic. The storyline follows the life of Miss Pettigrew, who has previously been unsuccessfully employed as a governess. After being fired, yet again, she is faced with a uncertain future on the street. But in desperation, she dishonestly applies for a position, which was not hers, and funnily, turns her life around. Her influence on the lives, of all she meets whilst carrying out her duties, is amusing, entertaining, and unpredictable, but will it all turn out happily ever after?
This is a great film to watch, It is humourous, has a good storyline, and some great acting in it. A film not to miss.

Ally Mcbeal - Season 3 Part 2 (DVD)
Ally Mcbeal Series, is one of my favourite TV series. I find them all very entertaining, and no two episodes are the same, and you never know what's going to happen next.
Series 3, Part 2, is as good as any other, of the series, It did though seem sadder, than many of the others, but that could be because I hate things to change. Things have to change in a series, as in life. In this series, things change, but offcourse, not as you would expect necessarily. Still lots of laughs, and music, and entertainment. Well worth watching.
