It’s not large!
I should have checked the dimensions better.
It’s about the size of an A4 page!
Not what I was expecting but unfortunately the packaging got accidentally thrown away so couldn’t return :(

50/50!
Great as ice pack when kept in freezer. Does not become a solid block of ice, remains mouldable.
Rubbish as a heat pack. Only holds heat for about five minutes before becoming cold. Better off with a hot water bottle for heat.
