Received this item and it wouldn’t charge contacted seller who was helpful initially returned the item then the seller contacted us saying he couldn’t provide a refund because it wasn’t in the original packaging I returned it in the box it came in I just used alternative outer packaging because I tore the plastic to open it had to go to eBay eventually got a refund

Arrived later than expected but after communication with seller established it wasn’t dispatched until estimated arrival 🤦 time. Maybe should hold off pressing dispatch button until dispatched 🤷. Size of diamond art smaller than expected but no measurements were given and I should have looked closer to find measurements in the pictures. My bad
