The backing is more of a foil texture but the case is good overall.

Not So Good
Item was poor quality and made with poor materials...was falling apart out of the box...worked for only 20 minutes and went out.

Love this case! Clear to still enjoy the aesthetics of your phone, nice glossy finish, absorbs impact, firm gummy/jelly feel & feels good in the hand. Stylish branding on the back straight down the middle. Wish there were other colors!
