  Absolute horrific service, the item was counterfeit, badly scratched badge which was partially broken off. Instead of rectifying the problem she blamed me for damaging it, and became argumentative and aggressive. VERY BAD SERVICE AVOID!!!?

  Totally outrageous comments and actually buyer DID brake the bag and then tried to return it. Bag was not scratched and was described arcuately and I took the time to contact her before shipment so she was aware this was not an original and she was perfectly ok to received it. When the bag was eventually returned to me it smelt so bad a had to bin it. God knows what she did with it. You can see from her comments she is very aggressive. Watch out for this one!
