  The item was not shipped on time. The reason I was given was because he and his wife were away. When the item finally arrived, the packaging was horrible. The mounting tabs were broken due to the poor packaging. The ends were not protected at all. His response to this was, "sorry to hear that. I don't think it will effect the viability of the install". The tabs were broken. Of course it's going to effect it.
