Missing parts & Wrong Item and Average timber

I am here to review the shutter. I am dealing separately with the feedback. The shutter is supplied with a very poor quality instruction sheet which is photocopied and misaligned so that some of the details are missing. Also the item is supposed to come with security screws, but doesn't. And there should be two bolts, but there aren't. Just one is supplied. The shutter itself is average quality timber that is badly put together with nails protruding through parts of the shutter. It is not a product that reflects well on Waltons.
